about

You have no doubt heard of the terrible disaster that has hit the Philippines, and thanks to my good friend @ttaattoo I have been mobilised to help.

Please buy this album, proceeds will be donated to aid these poor souls at this terrible time.

We had an outstanding response from so many kind and generous musicians and I had the difficult job of choosing only a selection of tracks to include on this charity album.

Thank you so much my musician friends, we are so humbled to be able to help through your music, a gift to people in need.

*Please note this album is not affiliated or associated with Soundcloud or the International Red Cross, it is a community project conceived and supported by the community.

Proceed will be donated here www.icrc.org/eng/donations/?o=420013&cpn=philippines

There were just too many submissions to include them all. Please see the group for a full list of contributors soundcloud.com/groups/relief-the-distress-our-duty-as-musicians

Thank you so much for everyone for allowing us to use your songs to aid people in need.

Just to be clear, the artists are not giving their tracks away, they will still retain copyright, they are just allowing us permission to include it on the album (with credits to artist(s)) and proceeds will be donated to charity.

Track Name: The Fisherman (Tony Panou) - Drawing Suns
Drawing suns on a cloudy day
trying to smile girl while you 're away
i was lost but i found my way
all i got to do is call out your name

Drawing flowers on a desert land
got to wake up but i think i can't
lived in misery but i'm happy now
i beg you people please don't bring me down

When i'm alone under the sun
flowers are growing up all around
can't see no clouds i'm having fun
nothing really matters to me

Drawing birds underneath the sea
fish in the sky is alright with me
i used to be as fool as i could be
i've changed my mind and now i can see

Drawing suns on a cloudy day
trying to smile girl while you 're away
i was lost but i found my way...

STORM LULLABY

Hush my baby don't you cry
We will sing you you a lullaby
The cradle may rock and the wind may blow
But we will never let you go.

The trees may bend and the ground may shake
The roof above our heads may break
But you are safe here in our arms
And God will save us from all harms......
